How We Use Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the KaryaS experience. This includes real-time synchronization across your devices, enabling task sharing via your unique Share ID, and powering AI-assisted workflow optimizations.
Collaboration & Sharing
KaryaS is a collaborative platform. When you share a task or join a team, certain profile information (like your name and avatar) may be visible to other collaborators. You maintain full control over who can access your tasks through our granular sharing permissions.
Data Security
We take security seriously. All user data is fully encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Your content is logically isolated and technically inaccessible to the company itself. Your Google OAuth credentials are never stored on our servers; we only receive a secure token for identity verification.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage your profile settings directly in the app or contact our support team for data export requests.
